Shipping policy

Orders are processed with 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted. If candles are not available it does take 15 days after processing your order to for it to be shipped. It takes that long to make the candle. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless free shipping promotions apply.

Boldlyou is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
