At Boldlyou, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. Because our candles, room sprays, wax melts, and home fragrance products are personal-use items, all sales are final.
However, your experience matters deeply to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@boldlyou.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll gladly review the situation and work toward a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Please note:
- We do no accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Boldlyou is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
- If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
